ASHWAUBENON — The Packers Athletic Club, a new fitness center at Titletown, is scheduled to open in April, just before the NFL draft.
“We are looking at individuals who are wanting to get a holistic experience from their overall fitness. We’ll have cutting edge equipment, amenities that are tailored to, I think, just everyday conveniences. We have great fitness classes for those who are interested in it and we also have recovery services,” said Jackie Krutz, director of Titletown Development for the Packers.
The new construction is immediately east of the U.S. Venture office building. Also calling the new building home will be architecture and engineering company EUA, which will relocate from De Pere. EUA, which has offices in Milwaukee, Madison, Atlanta and Denver, designed the building. The EUA office will include up to 50 employees on half of the second floor facing Lombardi Avenue. The company will move into the building in March.

The building will include Titletown Daily Grind, a to-go craft-coffee, smoothie and snacks retailer open to the public.
“The facility will continue to elevate Titletown’s offerings and enhance the community’s options for premier fitness experiences,” said Ed Policy, Packers chief operating officer and general counsel.
What will Packers Athletic Club include?
The club will have a 15,500-square-foot workout area. It will include state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, two performance areas, including one that is turf, recovery areas, and a large area for stretching and independent workouts. The indoor turf space is designed for high-intensity interval training, including with sleds, weights, medicine balls and other equipment.
The club will offer curated fitness programs, luxurious locker room, sauna, eucalyptus steam room, cold plunge and hot tub. It also will have a lounge, flexible co-working space and a separate café designed for club members.
It will be managed by Packers Athletic Club employees, hired for fitness expertise. They will not be Green Bay Packers employees.
