A ‘fitness model’ was captured on video ripping down posters of small children kidnapped by Hamas outside of Jewish-founded Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach.

Zaid Ahmat Shaat, 30, was confronted by a man outside Gold’s Gym in Venice on Wednesday afternoon, after he crumpled up a poster and chucked it in the trash.

Shaat, wearing a skin-tight tank top and little shorts with pink words written on the backside, said ‘Get the f*** away,’ as he scurried away from the man filming, who had simply questioned why he was ripping the flyers down.

‘If you’re so proud of yourself – why are your tearing it down?’ the man filming asked.

‘Yeah – I am proud of myself – go f*** off,’ Shaat replied while walking into the gym that was founded by famous Jewish bodybuilder Joe Gold – known as the ‘father of the bodybuilding and the fitness craze.’

Shaat, of Culver City, California, calls himself a ‘lifetime natural athlete’ in his Instagram bio, which he has since made private.

His website, zaidshaatfitness.com, now links to the Anti Defamation League – the leading anti-hate organization in the world. It’s unclear at this time when or why this was changed.

Previously on his website, Shaat described himself as someone who loves to ‘motivate people to live a healthy lifestyle.’

‘I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and dreams,’ he wrote.

He also has a fitness app, he described as a ‘channel designed to help you reach your goals.’

Many people took to social media to call him out.

‘Zaid is ‘passionate about helping people’ – unless you’re a kidnapped Jew taken by terrorists into Gaza,’ StopAntisemitism, who circulated the video, posted on X.

Gold’s Gym told Dailymail.com that they were aware of the incident but cannot comment at this time.

Earlier this week, three New York City vandals who were caught tearing down posters of Israeli child hostages were identified as a French financier, a Brooklyn magician and his teacher-wife.

The trio were caught in separate incidents this weekend ripping up posters of the missing children, who were taken hostage by Hamas on October 7.

They are among a wider group of pro-Palestine activists taking it upon themselves to take down the posters in New York and other western cities.

DailyMail.com named them as Marc Louvet, a 45-year-old financier who was working at the investment firm VanEck until his video surfaced this weekend, and Kelly and Noah Schaffer, a couple who live in Brooklyn.

Louvet was filmed being confronted after taking the posters down on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, where he owns a $1.7million apartment with his Middle Eastern girlfriend.

Noah previously worked as a 'magician' for A Taste of Magic, a dinner show in Manhattan

Noah previously worked as a ‘magician’ for A Taste of Magic, a dinner show in Manhattan. A Taste of Magic told DailyMail.com he stopped working there a year ago.  Kelly worked as a social worker for Urban Dove, a New York City school program.

They join a growing list of students and pro-Palestine protesters who have been filmed removing posters of Jewish hostages in the city.

NYC Mayor Eric Adams has been steadfast in his support of the Jewish community since the start of the conflict.

There have been a number of large, pro-Palestine protests in New York City since the violence broke out in the Middle East but none have become particularly violent or unruly.

Among demonstrations this weekend was one attended by non-binary And Just Like That Star Sara Ramirez, who waved a transgender flag at the protest despite the fact Palestine and Hamas follow sharia law that makes homosexuality illegal.
