WARWICK, PA — Warwick Square, which has been without a main anchor store since the 50,000-square-foot Giant Supermarket moved out, will be getting not one, but two new anchors.

On October 31, Planet Fitness will open at the site of the former Giant Supermarket, which has been divided into two separate units with Planet Fitness leasing 25,289 square feet at the western end of the shopping center and Grocery Outlet leasing 25,191 square feet next to the Hallmark store.

Founded in 1992 in New Hampshire, Planet Fitness is one of the largest and fastest-growing franchisors and operators of fitness centers in the world. The center offers more than 100 cardio and strength equipment pieces, 30-minute circuit training areas, and functional training as well as amenities such as full-service locker rooms, tanning, massage chairs and HydroMassage beds.
